Description
After 4 seconds, the caster explodes, inflicting 50(1.0) fire lightning magical damage to all nearby targets, inflicting Burn for 3 seconds, and electrocuting them for 2 seconds. Burn: The target takes 3(0.5) magical damage. Electrified : The target loses 20% move speed bonus.
