Description
Throw a Flamefrost Spear, dealing 35(1.0) fire magical damage and 35(1.0) ice magical damage to the target, inflicting burn over 3 seconds and frostbite for 3 seconds. The spear pierces through targets, dealing damage to all it hits. Burn: The target takes 3(0.5) fire magical damage. Frostbite: The target loses 20% move speed bonus and 20% action speed.
