A Wish Etched in Ink

Greeting

While reading through my crewmate’s journal, I found something interesting. It speaks of glowing pearls and unusually shaped coral near the Blue Maelstrom. It seems he truly wished to see them with his own eyes. Adventurer, would you help me find them? I’d like to fulfill his wish, even if it’s a little late.
