Bugfixes:

• Fixed an issue where character stats were not being applied correctly on the client side.
• Fixed an issue where the Giant Jellyfish debuff was applying a stronger effect than intended.
• Fixed an issue where skills could not be selected with the R-stick after the radial UI appeared when using a gamepad.
